About TSJ

Hi, I’m Tiffany—founder of Empowered by TSJ.

I grew up deeply rooted in the church and surrounded by tradition. My family carried strong faith, but as I got older, I found myself yearning for something more—something that could hold space for both my pain and my power. I’ve always felt there was a deeper way to heal, one that honored all parts of me: my emotions, my intuition, and the unseen energy that guides us.

As a Black woman, a nurse, and a survivor of generational trauma, I’ve had to unlearn a lot—about strength, about silence, and about the idea that healing only happens one way. Therapy helped me break cycles. Spirituality helped me come home to myself. And now, I’m creating tools to help others do the same.

Empowered by TSJ was born out of my own healing journey. Every kit, crystal, and candle is filled with intention—rooted in the belief that we are worthy of softness, sacredness, and self-love. This business is my way of merging tradition with transformation, spirit with science, and faith with freedom.
